Our Factory
Hinge Drilling
Doors can be pre drilled to accept hinges for any hinge cup diameter, with or without additional holes for dowel pins at any needed offset from top and bottom and with specified tab dimension.
Four doors over 42 " tall, a third hinge hole positioned on center is included by default. Specify if third hinge is not needed. Add $3.50 per door for hinge drilling option.
If your hinge offset from the top and bottom of the door is different, specify the swing direction for each door.
HardwareDrilling
For false fronts for sinks, remember to turn off hardware drilling if not included as standard.
Doors and drawer fronts can be pre drilled for hardware at no cost for either knobs or any width poles. Specify position for hardware for each door position (position A, B, C, D, or E) and desired hardware offsets from the top and side edge. Wide drawer fronts can be drilled for two pieces of hardware dash drawer fronts wider than 30” get drilling for two pieces by default (unless specified for 1).
